DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipment Processing Time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates. For online orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in USD at checkout. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once your emailed tracking number has been activated. Expedited delivery is only available within the contiguous United States.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped(for all non “Pre-Ordered” purchases). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. If the unit you purchased was labeled as a “PreOrder” or “Special Order”, tracking numbers will be provided by the manufacturer. However, the orders will not be fulfill till the fifth business day as the unit is transported from the manufacturer to the buyer. 

4. Free Shipping(economy shipping) & First-time buyer Promos.
free shipping also known as “economy shipping” promo extends to first time buyers only. The free shipping option applies to most orders shipped within the U.S for any size order with a transit time of 7-10 business days & with a 1-3 business day handling time. If the option is not available for your product, then it does not qualify for the free shipping promotion. The Free Shipping (7-10 business days) option must be available for the product during checkout, if not present, the item therefore does not qualify. Free & first-time buyer shipping offers are not valid on reshipment (if the order needs to be reshipped for any reason), Shipping Redirects or resends (If applicable). If your order needs to be resent to do an invalid address, you are responsible for paying for the resend as the promo does not apply to resends. If you choose NOT to have the item resent, then your item will be considered a return and therefore will be subjected to a 22% restock fee. as per our site’s return policy.

5. First Time Buyer Shipping promo. Please review option 4 above for information on all first-time buyer shipping promos. All first-time buyer shipping promos are subjected to the same terms. 

6. Signature Requirement. Small parcel orders do not require signature upon delivery. If you would like this option added to your order please contact us, and be sure to include your order number. If this option is requested, please note that an individual must be present at the time of delivery to provide the required signature.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes. Anything Technical L.L.C is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).

8. Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and, APO-FPO’s

Due to limited availability of transportation, shipping times offered by Anything Technical L.L.C may not be valid. In most cases, shipping to these destinations will take anywhere from 3-5 weeks. 

The timeliness of service to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation. Due to the variability of transportation, Package Services and USPS Retail Ground® packages may take up to three to five weeks to reach Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any U.S. Territories.

  • This includes ZIP Codes with prefixes of 967 and 969 and those with the following prefixes: 995, 996, 997, 998, 999, 968, 006, 007, 008, and 009.

9. SHIPPING FEE REFUNDS
Any cost paid for upgraded shipping options are nonrefundable Ex: (Express shipping, Standard shipping & Express Elite Shipping)

10. SHIPPING LABELS
You (The buyer) are responsible for providing their own shipping label and proper packaging when returning items back to us. Return labels are not offered by Anything Technical L.L.C. The buyer is responsible for shipping their own order and must provide tracking of their order in a timely manner when shipping the item back to us.

11. SELF SHIPPING COST
If and when you (the buyer) are authorized to receive a refund, the buyer will only receive the purchase price of the item (minus any restock fees and shipping fees paid). The cost of shipping the item back to us is borne by the buyer and is not refundable cost. Anything Technical L.L.C will not be held responsible for the postage you (the buyer) decide to pay to ship back the item.

12. SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME
All orders (except for special orders) are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as some as they become available. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any issues regarding shipping time.

13. SPECIAL ORDERS (PREORDERS)

In an event where special orders are placed due to them being unavailable at our warehouse, Anything Technical L.L.C will reach out to the manufacturer to fulfill your order. special orders will be fulfilled(processed) within 5 business days. Processing does not guarantee a specific delivery time. Shipping estimates you will receive from USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any other shipping service on this site will not be accurate. You agree not to hold Anything Technical L.L.C accountable for invalid shipping estimates provided by the shipping company’s website when purchasing preordered merchandise from our website. 

14. PROCESSING & TRACKING INFO FOR SPECIAL ORDERS (PREORDERS)

Tracking for orders will be provided ahead of time by the supplier during the processing phases. Receiving a tracking number for special ordered items does not imply that the item is currently in transit to your destination.

15. SHIPPING OPTIONS(PREORDERS)

Anything Technical L.L.C send out packages with different delivery agencies. Shipping options are subject to change without notice. In some cases (special orders) Anything Technical L.L.C will need to change the shipping services provided to fulfill your order. By accepting the terms and conditions, you give permission to Anythingtechnicallc.com to change the shipping services you requested in order to have your item fulfilled. 

16. SHIPPING REROUTES (STANDARD ORDERS & PREORDERS)

Occasionally, shipments will need to be rerouted due to the ability to deliver by certain carriers. You agree not to hold Anythingtechnicallc.com responsible for shipping redirects that cause a delay in receiving your package. 

17. SHIPMENT DELAYS 

You agree not to hold Anything Technical L.L.C accountable for shipment delays due to weather conditions, manufacturer reroutes or missed fulfilment times. 

18. CHANGES TO SHIPPING PROVIDERS

You agree not to hold Anything Technical L.L.C accountable for changing shipment providers after a shipping service was chosen during checkout

19. DELIVERY TIMES PROVIDED BY SHIPPING SERVICE 

Anything Technical L.L.C uses United states Postal Service software to give estimates of delivery times. these estimates are not accurate and at any time be changed or modified depending on the type of product and service you chose from Anythingtechnicallc.com you agree not to hold Anything Technical L.L.C responsible for inaccurate information provided by the United States Postal Service shipping estimate software. 

20. INVOLUNTARY OR VOLUNTARILY RETURNED TO SENDER 

In an event where your package is marked by the shipping carrier as “return to the sender”(Anything Technical L.L.C or the manufacturer) regardless of whether this was involuntary or not, you will be given an option to have this item resent or refunded.

Please note: 

*It is the buyers responsibility to follow up with the shipping company to obtain more details as to why their package was not received. 

Option for refund or resend:

*Resend will be charged an additional shipping fee in accordance to the shipping time and carrier you decided to have us reship with. 

21. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Anything Technical L.L.C is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a confirmed delivery has been made to the household. If the tracking shows the item has successfully arrived to the buyer’s location, Anything Technical L.L.C will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages thereafter.

22. PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the shipping company to get information regarding packages that may be taking longer than usual to arrive to their location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Anythingtechnicallc.com ships globally. If you are located outside of the U.S and Canada, please contact a local Anything Technical L.L.C Reseller in your region.

We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

1. Paypal Global Shipping – All items shipped via PayPals global international shipping program will receive the first U.S tracking via our website fulfillment within 2-3 business days, then will receive a 2nd international tracking in 3-5 business days via email once we receive confirmation from our shipment partners that the item has successfully been received by the international shipping company.

2. All other international shipment option(non-paypal) – all other shipment options will receive an international tracking number within 2-3 business days without the need to receive a tracking U.S tracking number first. 

NO SHIPPING DAYS

Anything Technical L.L.C observes US national holidays and does not ship on those days.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Anything Technical L.L.C is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a confirmed delivery has been made to the household.  If the tracking shows the item has successfully arrived to the buyers location. Anything Technical L.L.C will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages thereafter.
